Overview
This policy applies to all course and module purchases made on the TechInnocens training platform (techinnocens.com), operated by Maior Natu Pty Ltd ACN 649 020 039 as trustee for Sancus Trust ABN 46 507 741 242 trading as TechInnocens.
This policy does not apply to free content. Content made available without charge is not a purchase. No payment has been made, and therefore no refund rights arise. Access to free content is provided at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. See our Terms and Conditions for the full terms governing free content.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed any lesson content within the purchased course or module.
For the purposes of this policy, access means opening any lesson page within a course. Once you open your first lesson, the refund window closes immediately, regardless of how much time has elapsed since purchase.
This reflects the nature of digital content: once the material has been accessed, it cannot be returned.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window, email us at [email protected] with:
- The email address on your account
- The name of the course or module you purchased
- Your Stripe payment confirmation (if available)
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 10 business days.
When Refunds Are Not Available
A refund will not be issued if:
- You have accessed any lesson within the purchased course or module, or
- The 14-day refund window has expired.
